GMB Expert provides Google Business Profile (GMB) management services including phone number fixes, new listing setup, profile verification, suspension reinstatement, multi-location optimization, and related local SEO consulting.
We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing Google LLC. "Google", "Google Business Profile", and "Google Maps" are trademarks of Google LLC.

We will apply our best practices, deep expertise, and proven methods to achieve the best possible outcome for your Google Business Profile. However, final outcomes — including whether a phone number goes live, whether a profile is reinstated, whether rankings improve, or how long any of this takes — depend on Google's review processes, your business's history and compliance, and other factors outside our direct control.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that:
- We do not control Google's algorithms, policies, or decisions.
- Specific rankings, traffic levels, lead counts, or sales results are not promised.
- Timelines mentioned (e.g. "24 hours") are based on our typical experience and may vary case-by-case.
- Google may, at its own discretion, modify, suspend or take down listings independent of our work.
- Industry-specific restrictions imposed by Google may limit what is achievable.
4. Our Commitment
What we do commit to:
- Applying only Google-compliant, white-hat methods.
- Working with full transparency throughout the project.
- Assigning a dedicated account manager to your project.
- Communicating progress and any blockers clearly and on time.
- Providing the post-service support window stated in your service description.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to do our best work, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your business.
- Grant the necessary access to your Google Business Profile when requested.
- Not make independent edits to your profile during active work without informing us.
- Respond to our communications and verification requests in a timely manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws and Google's Business Profile guidelines.
Delays or failures caused by lack of cooperation or inaccurate information from your side are not our responsibility.
6. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required upfront before we begin work on most services.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but locked in once payment is received.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of GMB Expert and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific service in question.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business details, login credentials, or proprietary information to any third party, except as necessary to perform the service or as required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund if work has already commenced (see our Refund Policy). We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant behaviour.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GMB Expert, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
