Once work has been started on your project, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which GMB Expert ("we", "us", "our") issues refunds for services rendered. By engaging our services and making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this policy.
2. No Refund After Work Has Started
⚠️ If work on your project has been started, no refund will be issued in any circumstances.
"Work started" includes — but is not limited to — the following: profile analysis, account access verification, submitting requests or appeals to Google, communication with Google support on your behalf, applying optimization changes, creating support cases, or any other action our team has performed as part of delivering the service you ordered.
This applies to all paid services, including but not limited to: phone number live service, GMB new listing, profile reinstatement, verification assistance, suspension recovery, and multi-location optimization.
3. When a Refund May Be Issued
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Payment has been received by us.
- Work on the project has not yet been started by our team.
- The refund request is made in writing (via email at hello@gmb.expert) within 24 hours of payment.
- The cancellation reason is genuine and reasonable.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, less any payment-gateway or transaction fees incurred.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for any refund:
- Work on the order has already started (see Section 2 above).
- Delays caused by Google's review process or third-party platforms.
- Failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely information when requested.
- Failure to provide proper access to your Google Business Profile.
- Loss of access to your Google account on your end.
- Changes made independently to your GMB profile during or after our work.
- Dissatisfaction with rankings, traffic, or business outcomes (results are not guaranteed — see our Terms & Conditions).
- Customer no longer wishes to proceed after work has begun.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, policy changes by Google, internet outages, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
5. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to reach out to us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks where work has been delivered will be disputed with full documentation of the work performed.
6. Service Credit Alternative
In cases where a refund cannot be issued but you remain dissatisfied, we may — at our sole discretion — offer service credit applicable toward other GMB Expert services. Credits are non-transferable and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us with:
- Your full name and registered business name.
- The phone number / email used at the time of payment.
- Date of payment and the transaction ID.
- Reason for requesting the refund.
Send your request to hello@gmb.expert with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]". We will respond within 2 business days.
8. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy applicable to your order is the version posted at the time you made the payment.
